Rules for Guests Staying with a Dog ????
Hotel Evita in Tleń
We are pleased that you want to visit Hotel Evita in Tleń together with your pet. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all Guests, please familiarize yourself with the following rules.
1. General Rules
- Staying with a dog is possible only after prior notification during the reservation and obtaining the Hotel's consent.
- The rules apply to all Guests staying on the Hotel premises with a dog.
2. Conditions for the Dog's Stay
- We accept only healthy dogs with up-to-date vaccinations.
- At the staff's request, please present the dog's health booklet.
- Only one dog per room is allowed, unless the Hotel agrees to an exception.
- The Hotel may refuse stay to an aggressive or disruptive dog for other Guests.
3. Rules for Moving Around the Hotel
- The dog should be kept on a leash within the Hotel premises.
- For comfort and cleanliness, please walk the dog only outside the Hotel premises and do not leave your pet's waste within the property.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in:
- the restaurant and breakfast room,
- SPA, wellness area, pool and saunas,
- children's playgrounds.
- Please do not leave the dog alone in the room if it may cause noise or discomfort to other Guests.
4. Owner's Responsibilities
- The dog owner is fully responsible for their pet and any potential damages.
- Please clean up after your dog both in the room and on the Hotel grounds and surroundings.
- In the case of excessive dirt or damage, the Hotel may charge the Guest additional fees.
5. Dog Fee
- An additional fee for the dog’s stay is charged according to the Hotel's current price list.
6. Final Provisions
- In case of gross violation of the rules, the Hotel may ask the Guest to leave the premises with the dog.
- The rules are effective from the date of announcement and are available at the reception and on the Hotel's website.
