We wish you a pleasant stay, while kindly asking you to abide by these Regulations, created to ensure the safety and peace of our Guests.

§ 1

  1. The owner of Hotel **** EVITA&SPA in Tleń and the entity operating this Hotel is Krzysztof Otlewski, conducting business under the name Evita Hotel & SPA Limited Partnership Krzysztof Otlewski ul. Czerska 11 Tleń 86-150 Osie, NIP 559 205 97 50 KRS 0001005529
  2. Hotel guests are required to present to the Reception staff a photo ID confirming the Guest's identity. In case of refusal to show the document, the Receptionist has the right to refuse the Guest's check-in.
  3. Hotel rooms are rented by hotel nights.
  4. A hotel night lasts from 2:00 p.m. on the day of check-in until 11:00 a.m. the next day. The hotel has the right to charge the Guest for an additional night if the room is not vacated within the designated time.
  5. If, during check-in, the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.
  6. A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the hotel guest to the Reception by 9:00 a.m. on the day the rental period expires.
  7. The hotel considers requests to extend the stay based on room availability.
  8. Hotel guests may not transfer or make the room available to other persons, even if the period paid for the stay has not expired.
  9. Unregistered persons may stay in hotel guest rooms from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m., these persons will be automatically registered to the room rented by the Guest at their expense.
  10. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Noise disturbance during quiet hours is understood as loud behavior in the room causing complaints from Guests in adjoining rooms. In case of two warnings from the Reception and lack of response, the hotel will call the police and charge a fee of 1000 PLN. The amount will be added to the stay invoice.
  11. During quiet hours, Guests and persons using the hotel's services are obliged to behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other Guests.

§ 2

  1. The hotel provides services according to its category and standard. In case of any complaints regarding the quality of services, Guests are asked to report them at the reception, which enables the hotel to respond immediately.
  2. The hotel is obliged to ensure Guests:
  • conditions for complete and unrestricted rest,
  • the safety of stay, including the confidentiality of Guest information,
  • professional and courteous service in all services provided at the hotel,
  • room cleaning and carrying out necessary repairs of equipment during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if consent is given.
  1. At the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
  • providing information related to the stay and travel,
  • wake-up calls at the designated time,
  • luggage storage (the hotel may refuse to store luggage outside the Guest's stay dates and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage).

§ 4

  1. The hotel provides SPA services on its premises. The detailed regulations for using this zone are below and directly at the SPA reception.
  2. On the SPA and pool premises, the following are prohibited:

- consuming alcoholic beverages and food

- bringing glass containers with other drinks

- using treatments and the pool while intoxicated

- using the spa area and pool after 9:00 p.m.

POOL USAGE REGULATIONS

GENERAL PART

  1. The pool area is part of Evita Hotel & SPA ul. Czerska 11 Tleń, 86-150 Osie.
  2. The pool area includes: a recreational pool measuring 19.6 m x 9.2 m, a children's paddling pool, two jacuzzi tubs, and a relaxation area – tepidarium.
  3. The facility is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  4. Management of Evita Hotel & SPA is not responsible for items left in lockers; valuables can be left in the safe.
  5. Children under 16 years old may be on the pool premises only under adult supervision.
  6. Persons disturbing public order, violating regulations, or disregarding lifeguard and pool staff instructions will be asked to leave the premises.
  7. All persons on the premises are required to comply with instructions from lifeguards or staff and strictly follow the pool usage rules.
  8. Smoking, bringing, consuming, selling and serving alcoholic beverages, narcotics, and other intoxicating or psychotropic substances, bringing glass containers, sharp tools, and other dangerous items, animals, and letting in persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are strictly prohibited on the premises. Additionally, bringing electronic devices and jewelry to the pool area is forbidden. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of such items.
  9. Any commercial activities on the premises, other than those of Evita Hotel & SPA, including private swimming lessons, are prohibited.
  10. Matters not regulated by these regulations are subject to relevant laws, including the Regulation of the Council of Ministers from May 6, 1997, concerning safety conditions for people in mountains, swimming, bathing, and water sports (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 57 item 358).

§ 3

  1. The hotel's liability for loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the hotel is governed by the Civil Code provisions.
  2. When leaving the room, the guest should always check that the door is closed and leave the magnetic card at the Reception. The Reception issues the magnetic card based on the stay card.
  3. Loss of the magnetic card must be reported immediately to the hotel reception. The Guest will be charged 50 PLN for issuing a new card.
  4. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and surroundings caused by them or persons staying with or visiting them, according to legal provisions, particularly the Civil Code. An approximate damage removal cost table is available at the hotel Reception.
  5. The hotel is not responsible for cars and their contents left in the hotel parking lot.
  6. Parents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors. Children under 12 should be under constant supervision.
  7. Personal items left by the Guest in the hotel room after departure will be sent to the indicated address upon request. Shipping costs are covered by the Guest. Without such instruction, the hotel will store items at the Guest's cost and risk for one year. After this time, items abandoned by the Guest will be disposed of. Items without an identified owner will be stored for 2 years after notifying the competent Starost (district governor). Money, securities, valuables, or items of historical, scientific, or artistic value will be immediately handed over to the appropriate Starost. After these periods, found items become the property of the finder according to Article 187 of the Civil Code and Article 19 of the Act of February 20, 2015, on found items.
  8. Smoking tobacco or using electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms, halls, and corridors. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Violation by the Guest or persons with or invited by them results in a contractual penalty of 500 PLN for each violation.
  9. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited outside the hotel restaurant, bar, hotel rooms, and other designated places. Violation by the Guest or associated persons results in a contractual penalty of 200 PLN for each violation.
  10. It is prohibited to consume alcohol not purchased at the hotel restaurant or bar. Violation by the Guest or persons with or invited by them results in a contractual penalty of 300 PLN for each case.
  11. For fire safety reasons, the use of electric heaters, irons, and similar devices not provided in the room is forbidden in hotel rooms.

An ironing room has been set up in room 211 for using an iron.

  1. In case of fire or any danger to life, health, or property, the Guest must immediately inform hotel staff and evacuate according to evacuation signs.

§ 5

  1. In case of violation of these Regulations, the hotel may refuse further service to the person violating them. That person must immediately comply with hotel requests, settle any dues for services rendered, pay for any damage caused, and leave the premises.
  2. The hotel may refuse admission to a Guest who grossly violated the hotel regulations during a previous stay or severely disturbed other Guests' peace in any other way.
  3. The hotel may refuse admission to a Guest who is intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics or psychotropic substances, or disturbs other Guests or staff through behavior.

POOL AREA USAGE RULES

  1. Only swimwear tightly fitting the body is allowed in the pool area.
  2. Users must change footwear in the main hall to beach-type shoes (pool slippers) and leave them on a shelf or in a locker in the changing room. Entry and movement in the pool area is allowed only in pool slippers. Swimming is only permitted in swimwear.
  3. Every pool user is obliged to wash their entire body and disinfect feet before entering the pool hall.
  4. In the pool area it is prohibited to run on the premises, push others into the water, climb on railings and devices intended otherwise, jump from structures, misuse rescue equipment, throw foreign objects into the water, consume food, damage equipment, pollute the pool water, damage toys and pool accessories, and bring beverages and cosmetics in glass containers.
  5. Persons whose signs indicate skin diseases, fungal infections, erythema, open wounds, infectious diseases, poor hygiene, epilepsy, frequent intravenous injections in the upper limbs, difficulty breathing, balance disorders, or aggressive behavior are prohibited from using the SPA zone.
  6. Persons with unstable health conditions should use the attractions with particular caution or after consulting their doctor. The Evita SPA staff is not responsible for health consequences arising from these persons' stay in the SPA zone.
  7. All cuts, injuries, and irregularities should be reported immediately to the on-duty lifeguard.
  8. Evita SPA reserves the right to change schedule and opening hours due to holidays, renting out the entire pool area, or other circumstances.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE POOL

  1. Damage or loss of swimming pool and facility equipment requires full compensation for the damage.
  2. The facility owner is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with the facility's regulations.
